What is Scrutimmo?
Scrutimmo is a Geneva real-estate monitoring platform that watches the official publications of the Canton of Geneva and sends email alerts as soon as a new development-zone or condominium-ownership operation is published.
What is a development zone or condominium ownership?
Development zones are areas of the Canton of Geneva subject to special planning that allows real-estate operations under certain conditions. Condominium ownership is a co-ownership regime in which several owners each hold part of a building. These publications announce new real-estate operations in the canton.
How does the alert work?
Our system monitors the official ge.ch website several times a day. As soon as a new publication appears, you receive an email with the title, date and a direct link to the official publication.
How much does it cost?
CHF 5 per month, after a 2-month free trial with no credit card required. The subscription can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Twint, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are secured by Stripe.
How do I unsubscribe from the emails?
Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page. You can also manage your notification preferences from your dashboard, in the Preferences section.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard, in the «Subscription» section, you can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refund is issued.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva), encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We comply with the FADP (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection) and never resell any personal data.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Use the «Forgot password?» link on the login page. You will receive an email with a reset link valid for 1 hour.
